Dhanush Foundation parent organization Dhanush Healthcare Systems were successfully managing the facilities of Digital Health at Electronic Urban Primary Healthcare Centers (eUPHC) in Andhra Pradesh until COVID happened and disrupted the system. It was our commitment to our community that we continued our services even during pandemic.
Under the aegis of our parent organization, we launched several initiatives at these eUPHCs to support and provide relief to millions of people during COVID. Dhanush foundation with the support of civil society volunteers organized following activities at these centers:
- Our team of volunteers performed door-to-door COVID-19 awareness campaign.
- These centers were utilized for COVID screening & swab collection centers
- Some of the centers were converted into Quarantine center and were managed by our volunteers
- Sanitization activities were also undertaken to avoid spread of coronavirus
- Our team also supported various Immunization drives including for adults and children
- Centers were utilized to conduct rapid kit tests
