• For those patients who cannot use the Telemedicine app on their own, they can call the call-center through the toll-free number or Volunteer’s number of their Khand.
  • If the patient reach the call-center, then, Call center will direct the local volunteer from the khand to reach out to the patient (who cannot use the App) for providing required assistance to contact the doctor’s hub for teleconsultation.
  • Volunteer will reach out to the patient upon getting request for help at mutually agreed proximate location by taking necessary precautions to avoid covid infection and facilitate the Doctor consultation through the telemedicine application of the Volunteer.
  • Once the patient gets connected to the Doctor’s Hub and Doctor answers the call, the teleconsultation process mentioned above will be executed.

Patients if they reach the representatives of any territory like, State, Vibhag, Zilla or some other Khand, the respective Representatives will direct the patients to reach the localized volunteer’s of the respective Khand and support system, so that patients can avail all the benefits from their residences without unnecessarily having to incur the inconvenience of travel and expenses.
