In fight against pandemic, Dhanush Foundation is providing Covid-19 Helpline through Shree Ram Arogya Mitra Abhiyan – free telemedicine services launched across the states in Telangana, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat and Malva – Madhya Pradesh.
As the second wave of COVID-19 pandemic is rapidly spreading in the villages, resulting in panic situation across. Due to overwhelmed public health system and limited health infrastructure, citizens finding difficult to access to reliable doctors who can consult them and guide for their treatment management. Dhanush Foundation along with Vishwa Hindu Parishad came forward to provide solution in this fight against pandemic. More than 3900+ Health Volunteers/ Arogya Mitas are trained to use VMed telemedicine application and connect with patients in their respective state locations. This is unique initiative where pool of health volunteers trained in understanding V Med telemedicine service platform;
Vision: Leverage V Med – Telemedicine technology benefits and provide access to doctors’ consultation & health care support to the needy patients at the time of pandemic.

V Med Free Consultation Services:
Team of MBBS & specialist doctors trained for V Med Doctors are selected from across the states to serve better by consulting in local language 500+ Arogya Mitras are trained across the states to actively connect with patients in villages and urban poor
The project is reaching out to around 2 Crore+ urban & village population across the states from the states and targeted districts
Providing Video and Audio based doctors consultation services, to make access to Health care consultation possible in this pandemic
Serving the marginalised sections through teleconsultation services
